I have tried and cannot figure this out.  I have custom menu 1 set up with options.  On the sub menus it points to, I have them all set up for no dtmf to disconnect.  If I press 2 at the main menu, and then don't press any of the options, there is a pause, and then MY voice saying "general delivery mailbox" and then it disconnects.  I cannot figure out first of all why it says anything at all before disconnecting, and second, where is my voice recorded at?  I have checked the system prompts, I have checked mailbox 101, the settings in 998, I am at a loss to figure out where this is recorded and why it is being used before diconnecting.  Any ideas?

Got it figured out.  It was the custom service exit prompt.
