Data View Error

Hello, I cannot seem to access my SQL tables through the VI Data View window. Each time I do, I get an error that reads:

Microsoft Development Environment
Some program files are not properly registered on this machine. Please re-run the setup program.

Well, I've done that, and it doesn't seem to re-register the files.

Any ideas?
