If you are writing custom code, include the relevant snippet(s) as well.
This forum is for Seagate Info, there are numerous Crystal forumas and if you're not using Seagate Info (or Crystal Info), please reports appropriately.
CRAXDRT errors arise from many different scenarios, and please also include if it used to work and now does not.
