Unable to display folder MAPI_E_NO_SUPPORT"

I'm getting this error when trying to open another users calendar. I have full permissions to the other users mailbox and calendar.

Other users with the same permissions as mine can sucessfully view the other users calender.

Does anyone have any ideas where the problem is?
