info on IPCC Enterprise vs. Express Premium

We are looking at moving to IPCC for our contact center and are exploring IPCC Enterprise and IPCC Express Premium.  Anyone have experiences/opinions on both or either?

What functionality would Enterprise give me that Express can't?

RE: info on IPCC Enterprise vs. Express Premium

Enterprise supports larger scale, multimedia, outbound, etc although it seemed express is catching up.

RE: info on IPCC Enterprise vs. Express Premium

Enterprise will give you all kinds of failover and can consist of 6 or more servers.  It is for large-scale distributed call centers.  IPCC Express Premium will give you all sorts of goodies.  You can start with a single server and add more for High Availability or to offload processing of some tasks such as Reporting, Recording, etc. to another server.
