Changing display names via MAC Manager (sopho is 3000)

Changing display names via MAC Manager (sopho is 3000)

I'm trying to change the display name of the telephone (sopho ergoline).
So when someone is calling, you can see the name of the person.

I'm trying to do this through the mac-manager.
I double click on devices in order to get a list of all the telephone numbers. Then I double click on the number I want the name to change, on top of the new window that appeared I enter the new name en then I click the button "send" so that the change will be sent to the telephone system (is 3000).
Unfortunatly when the person calls, the telephone still displays the old name.
I also tried to detach the telephone (and than plugged it back in), but still the wrong name.

Who can help me to sort this out?
