Help!!! HIPATH 4000 -Tranfer Key Programmed and does not work.

I am having problems with transfer button programmed on an optiset e advance 12 button telephone. I have key number six programmed as a transfer key. Here is my call flow pattern x2000 calls x2001, I go off hook on 2001 and hit transfer button LCD shows transfer not possible. However I can use the arrow buttons on the arrow buttons on the bottom of the set to page to the transfer option in the menu and that works. Unfortunately that does me no good in my test scenario.

RE: Help!!! HIPATH 4000 -Tranfer Key Programmed and does not work.

Hi what it means number 6 in its DIALPLAN?
Depending on the one that will be programmed, you it must choose or DSS or NAME in the TAPRO, or same another correct easiness.
