I have most of the system set the way I want it, but have 1 problem I would like to overcome. When someone calls (I will use custom 1 for day calls as an example), they will hear press 1 for ... press 2 for... etc. Some will go to other custom menus, some will transfer to a voice mailbox, and some to a specific extension. But what I would like is ..."or just stay on the line and someone will be right with you". When there is no DTMF input, I would like the 3 front desk phones all to ring. I cannot see how to do this (if it is possible). I have figured some poor workaround, like no dtmf ringing the operator which would be 1 extension, and if busy or no answer, transfer to 2nd op, then 3rd op (which would cover the 3 front phones), but I really want all 3 to ring, and with the operators, I assume if op 1 phone is ringing, op 2 or 3 cannot pickup until it cycles to their extension. Thanks for any help with this.
