If you delete the ziswin registry key and remove the ziswin from system32 would this stop pxe multicasting picking up jobs to do after importing workstation into a imaging session?

No

why? because PXE is preboot, the OS onthe system hasn't even loaded yet, so any registry keys and files in the file system aren't even looked at.

Any ideas why i can't pick up a workstation that is set to multicast on next re-boot. I can set a rule to do it on the subnet and it works fine.
