TIE lines in Kx-Td500
TIE lines in Kx-Td500
(OP)
Hi all:
I need help for two PBX Panasonic Kx-td500 ver.5.
This two PBX have a link of E1, and the 30 channels are like TIE lines.
This is the diagram:
E1 Public -- TD500--- E1 ---TD500--- E1 Public
(TIE Lines)
PBX 1 -> Extensions are 5000's
PBX 2 -> Extensions are 4000's
The dial between extensions is transparent.
My question is, How can I take a line public from the other PBX without to make a transference CO to CO.
Can sombody help me.

off of the other sytem you could do it with disa
by looping a slt ext over to a line port and setting up that line as disa so lets say you dial ext 4999 it rings
now you are in disa you can grab any outgoing line.its worth a try!

exts ring they are like opx's how would you grab a trunk
off of ringing ext?
RE: TIE lines in Kx-Td500
But, I don't know how able the access to outgoing trunks with lines ISDN (PRI30).
When the lines are E1 and the channel type is DR2 and MFC Signing, I can able the access to outgoing trunks.
The Numbering Plan have the choice of "TIE Line Access Code" (77)and then I can able this.
But, I have ISDN Lines (PRI30), this choice is not avaiable.
What can I do.
If do you know how do it, please help me.
