im going crazy trying to find out how i can set up this system so that they have access to 8 lines in one group and a seperate line for access to a paging system but when i assign the trunks and they dial 9 they get the highest line any one know of a workaround

RE: can i use trunk group access with a kxtd1232 ver3

You can put each compay phone line into a Truck Group {*401} TRKG 1 CO 1-2-3- TRKG 2 CO 4-5-6-7  TRKG 3 CO 8-9-10. Then Program a Flexible CO Button {Group-CO} Button for each Company. When they press their group button it will access their group IDLE Line only.{PROGRAM GROUP BUTTON PRESS PROGRAM 99 THEN THE FLEXIBLE BUTTON # THEN "TRKG ".

If you need more help let me know.
