Basic Question on Security Managment system of Tivoli

These are some of the basic questions.We plan to use Tivoli for a webapplication. Thanks in advance

1) I see there is an option to set a time-out limit for users. Will the user be prompted to re-enter their password before continuing?

2)Can security coordinators log out all users to perform maintenance?

3)Will the security administrator be notified when a user’s id is locked because of too many failed password attempts?
