I am new in Tivoli. I am a DBA who's looking after a Tivoli Warehouse. I have been tasked to
investigate Tivoli Monitoring on SQL Server: Transaction Performance. In my findings, I found that
the Transation rate metric values are not tying up with the Active Transaction metric values. Is it supposed
to be like that or is there something wrong with the monitoring? And the SQL monitoring documentation is not
giving me enough information
