Hi, Is there someone who knows how to set up a delay annuncement for a OpenWorX BAS client on 2000 IPS. When i set it up using announcement trunks on the MP, the announcement just repeats endlessly.

Check command 17A>pilot number>0 to send message periodically. Then set the amount of time with 410>47>interval time.

Thanks Fixin, but CM17A is for ACD/UCD groups with pilotnumbers. In my case there are no pilotnumbers.
