Testing Plan

Testing Plan

(OP)
Hello all,

Does anyone have a test plan for a NICE system.  Basically a summary checklist of issues to be considered before lauching a release?

Any info would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Peter

RE: Testing Plan

can you find and retrieve calls
can you add/delete/modify users
can you add/delete/modify forms
can you run queries and reports from web
can you log into nice from whatever locations you need to

starters for 10.....

It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

RE: Testing Plan

First thing once NICE have left is check that you still have your wallet.....

Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?

RE: Testing Plan

What system do you have?  Is it a green field install, a major or a minor upgrade?
