GXT130P card installation in E20

(OP)
Hi,
I have runing E20 server with serial terminal as a console. Now I want to install GXT130P Graphics display card, But I am not able to get the display on Graphics monitor. monitor is 20" and support very high resolution at very high frequency. E20 bios setup doesn't have any setting to change the console.
Ths display card was detected by the server.
I found it with lscfg command.
lsdev -Cc adapter command shows it as a defined device. I have installed the driver for the controller from the installtion media. I dont know how to make it 'available'. AIX verison is 4.3.2. I tried to load new OS with graphics monitor as the console. but I dont get even the startup screen display. Please reply as soon as possible.

Thanks and regards

javid
