Does anyone recommend a key layout for handsets and is a label template say in excel available?

RE: Key Recommendations

I tend to give a headset key ,pick up for 5215's (5220 is a soft key pick up option but will add if asked)and hold retrieve key also.

RE: Key Recommendations

If you got the following website you can actually download a labelling software programme, failing that you can just make up your own labelling in execel trial and error really.

As for key recommends, on 5220 i dont do any programming other than DSS/BLF if customer requests this as all features are available on screen with this handset.

5215 handsets I do call pickup, Trade, Call Back and speedcall *23 (if using typical feature access codes)for call park retrieve from calls placed on hold by the operator console.

RE: Key Recommendations

i am using 5215 so will put a pickup key and park retrieve
