I am testing this new switch and unable to log on.
Using Maintenance console ver 1.0
Initialised and poered up ok. a Digital extension is connected and working on port 01.
Try log on via USB and get error:E)301aa
System Data Version Error(Please update the system databy latest version main program)

Also tried via Serial port. It just times out.
The cable is correct, with a null modem in line.

RE: Brand New KXTDA 30

sounds like it is newer ksu that may require a newer version
of the console

RE: Brand New KXTDA 30

Thats probably correct.
I did the course last year and need to get the latest version.
Thanks anyway.

RE: Brand New KXTDA 30

so if what you say  is true download away!

RE: Brand New KXTDA 30

Youll prob need verions 1.1 my friend.

RE: Brand New KXTDA 30

Ver 1.1 downloaded and working ok, thanks to both of you CWC/Leemondcomm

RE: Brand New KXTDA 30

Also check to that  you have the USB Driver Installed. That what the error code is showing.

RE: Brand New KXTDA 30

If the USB driver wasn't installed, you'd be more likely to get an error stating "Unable to open USB port."
