BCM 3.5

BCM 3.5

(OP)
One of our techs tried to turnup a BCM and it keeps rebooting on its own. They were also trying to upgrade it from 3.5 to 3.6. Whether the problem happened before the upgrade or as a result of the upgrade, I don't know. Has anyone experienced this? Could it be the MSC Card?

RE: BCM 3.5

The rebooting may an issue with the BCM RAM.  Plug a monitor into the front of the box and you can monitor up to the Windows NT blue screen ( Wont go any further ).  Verify the RAM shown is at least 256.

RE: BCM 3.5

has the upgrade completed successfully?
