QT Pro downloads and streaming?

(OP)
I made a 1-minute trailer for my site using FCE. It loads very slowing on the net in Safari, Explorer, and Netscape.

I then made two other versions using QT Pro, with Sorenson 3 video and IAM-4;1 audio compression. One version had the Streaming option unselected, and the other with Streaming selected. I tested these on my computer, not on the web.

The version with Streaming selected opens and plays in Safari. Netscape and Explorer cannot open it.

The version with Streaming not selected opens and plays in Explorer. It opens as a cube icon in Safari but does not play, and I don't see any way to download it. Netscape cannot open it.

Would appreciate comments.
