Printing in wrong position on page

I am printing on 11x19 paper.  I'm printing on an HP2600 PCL printer.  When I print, everything is offset from the top by about 4 inches and to the left by about 5 inches.  I've tried all kinds of setups and posted at the Adobe site forum.  Still no answer.  Does anyone know what's going on? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.

RE: Printing in wrong position on page

This error seems to crop up quite often with HP printers. No-one seems to have come up with a good solution. I think converting the PM file to a PDF and printing from Acrobat might be the best workaround.
