Adding System-wide signature block

Adding System-wide signature block

Adding System-wide signature block

We have many law firms as clients and they always want to add a standard disclaimer to the end of all emails. I know this can be done with personal signature blocks, but it is not enforcable - the user can change or select not to add it.

There is a product called Guinevere which can do this.
  1) Anyone have any experience with this product?
  2) Anyone have any other ideas/products for this purpose?

RE: Adding System-wide signature block

I am using Guinevere - it works great, set it up once and that's it.  It does need to run on a Windows 95 pc.  I am very happy with the results though!
