Our Partner ACS voicemail system has experienced a "multiple login" on one of our mailboxes. When we try to access the the voice mail it states "You cannot get your messages now due to multiple logins, please disconnect. Goodbye." Re-initializing the password won't get us in. Re-initializing the mailbox itself will delete the messages. There is no reference to multiple logins in the Lucent manuals. This is frustating - could use some help.
