Urgent.. Help Needed in installing winrunner

Dear all,
Im trying to install winrunner but im getting this error:
c:\windows\system32\autoexec.nt. the system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and microsoft windows applications. choose 'close' to terminate the application.

im using windows xp home, ntfs filesystem, p4 2.8gig
please help in fixing this problem

What version of WR are you trying to install?  From the message, I'd guess WR is trying to tell you it's not compatible with XP (Lack of MS-DOS in XP being the giveaway in this).

However, this is a guess, but I'd suggest checking the compatability details of the product against your machine..
