I just Initized A BCM with 4 digit DN, but when I went to add Vmail box's the DN lenth was ony 3 digits. How do I change callpilot from 3 digits to 4 digits???

BTW the DN's on the BCM show as 4 digit but 3 in Callpilot.

You need to initialise the callpilot


Initialise Voice Mail
Feature 982
Enter operator (67372867)
Press Oper
Press 1
Enter reinstall (734678255)
Press OK
Press yes

You need to do this on a T7316e or T7316

This doesn't work
I don't get OPER
I get ATDT, Business open and Answer Lines only is this for a Norstar??   as I have a BCM.

you need to press the digit 1 to get to the menu above twice

The oper option only appears if you have call centre installed.
Forgot about that.
