Analog 4 port module with FCT/premicell

(OP)
I have an IP403 with 2 expansion units both 30 analogue. I also have an ISDN PRI module plus a 4 port analogue port module (box says IP400 ANALOG 4) and I cannot get it working with four FCT/Premicell units.

As soon a I plug the cable into the FCT the FCT display says "Please dial.."

I have put a LCR shortcode *77 to dial my mobile number via the line group 2 which all 4 analog trunks are set as.

If I try dialling the *77 the IP office "beeps" once down the extension phone but the Call Ststus does not show the call being put to any of the lines.

Can anyone help?!?! We are using 2.1(27) release on all units.

Millsey
