(OP)
I am looking for a resource that deals with definity manuals. As well as audix. I have several years programming switches but never had the oppurtunity to work on a definity, now a in house tech position is available and I want to be prepared for the next. Will Avaya train or must you be a liscenced dealer?

RE: Manuals

Go to avaysa web site www.avaya,com look under training there are lots of cdr and class room trainings available but your going to pay big for avaya training id recomend the cd roms if you allready have phone switch knowledge.

RE: Manuals

If you are just interested in Avaya manuals, Avaya has almost all their manuals on their web page at:
http://support.avaya.com/cgi-bin/gx.cgi/AppLogic+Elmo
A good place to start is the Definity System Description manual (select Recent Documents/Definity R9).  All manuals are in PDF format.
