Zyxel firewall over VPN

Hello all,

I've got an IP500v2 with 9608(IP) phones. I've got all of the basic configuring done however there is no signaling to the phones, is this a known issue with Zyxel? I have H.323 transformation turned off, site to site VPN is established and still nothing. Is this firewall supported with Avaya or am I missing something?

If they work locally but not remotely it's either a routing issue and/or the firewalls blocking stuff....

The phones do work locally

I have checked everything i can think of on the VPN from what I can tell it should be letting all ports over the firewall although I think it might be a setting deep somewhere that needs checked or unchecked..

I have H.323 enabled with signally on port 1720 on and H.323 transformations unchecked (as i have needed to uncheck it in different firewalls)

On the IP Office in Manager I can see the phone although it comes across as NoPhone in the phone type it does show the right IP on the otherside of the tunnel though in that section...
