Zoomair IG4165 - Problems with ISDN connection

We have purchased a ZOOMAIR IG4165 Internet gateway and a DYNAMODE ISDN (TAS200E) modem. The modem workd fine connected direclty to the computer, but will not dial a connection when connected through the Zoomair gateway. When connection through the gateway the modem dials but fails to establish a conenction.

Is there a trick to dialing to external ISDN modems using the Zoomair gateway?
