Can someone tell me why the FREE Edition of Zone Alarm
is not keeping the Permissions allowed?
Each time we boot up....the Permissions have to be reset.
SOftware: Windows XP-home editions, Z/A=free edition.
Thanks, Snoopy2

The database probably has to be reset.

Go into Overview Preferences tab and turn off autostart and then boot into safe mode.
Delete everything in internet logs folder and empty the recycle bin and then reboot.
Turn the Autostart back on.

Give it a try....let us know how you fare.

Good Luck!
