ZipUp File B4 Send Object

Hello people, I don't if this is possible but I would like to use the Send object funcion to send a Zip file of an Excel spreadsheet. I am exporting the spreadsheet to a drive currently. The spreadsheet is too big to email, so I need to zip it before I email it. Can this be done?
