I know this is a bit off topic but maybe someone has seen it before.
I have an Exchange 2003 server in a site recently migrated from exchange 5.5. The exchange 2003 server is now the only exchange server onsite. All works ok. I have installed equisys zetafax 9 on the exchange server and want to set up faxing from outlook. TO do this I go through the steps in zetafax which includes eporting a list of exchange enabled users to a file so zetafax can then send faxes to particular users.
The problem:
When I go through the motions of exporting the list of users I get an error "Could not find the Global Address List container" in an error box entitled MAPI export users.
after speaking to my local support company for zetafax and changing the outlook profile settings (on the server) it still fails.
this is a long shot but has anyone had similar problems and maybe even a fix.
