I have an Intuity Audix connected to a Definity G3 phone switch. If an inbound caller reaches an employee's voicemail, they can hit "0" and be sent to the main receptionist desk. However, we have a group of 6 people that would like callers to be able to hit "0" after getting their voicemail and be re-directed to another individual's extension (not the main receptionist desk). Any suggestions on how I might accomplish this? Thanks for any help you can offer.

I think you can put the desired extension in the "Covering Extension" field on the Audix subscriber form.

The covering extension field should be set to whatever extension you wish to redirect the call to.

In most cases that cover station must also be a subscriber to be able to transfer out.
