Hi there.
I am trying to find the location where, when a user dials zero with their phone, it goes to a specific extension (or group of extensions based on an acd).
I know looking at the auto attendant that was built where it goes when an external call comes in but not where an internal call is routed.
Can someone please tell me where this is hiding. I have looked everywhere I can think of.
