ZENWorks Inventory Pitfalls

We are initiating a project to implement ZENWorks (6) HW/SW Inventory in our environment. We are retiring our old Netcensus system, which had problems capturing all assets in the environment. My question: when might ZENWorks not detect any PC's in the environment? Obviously PC's that are locked in a closet won't be picked up...but what else?

Basically I'm trying to document justification for removing PC's from our main inventory because they have not been logged by ZENWorks in the last x number of days.

Correction...version for ZENWorks is 3.2.

When it does not have the Novell Client installed with the ZEN workstation managment agents, the system will not be detected by ZFD. Be aware of the auto remove policy.
