Got a client with Zen 3.2 (sp3).. and quite a few XP machines.
The zen apps don't install correctly on XP due to being unable to access registry, even though the users appear to be administrators on the workstations.
TIDs show that to get around this they need to import the workstations and use the workstation policies to allow the installs.
Question is this.. Can it be done any other way? They don't have the Workstation Manager piece of the client installed and putting it on is not an option at this point due to their workload.
Also, I believe that they have a domain, could the Domain accounts be causing grief here? I would have assumed that any user with administrator priviledges would be able to access registry okay with the Zen apps.
Thanks.
