Hello,
I have a PC running Outlook 2007, using Exchange.
The PC crashed last week and needed to be reformatted.
Now, when the user tries to open up Outlook, the message "Your offline folder file cannot be configured" pops up 3X.
User can receive and send emails, but I cannot get rid of this message.
When I try to change the offline folder file settings, I get this same message.
Thanks in advance!
Amber
