You have a security problem-popup

Hi

On my Toshiba laptop, I have vista and I am getting this Popup on te tool bar ' YOU HAVE A SECURITY PROBLEM" I did ran spay ware scan and adaware scan and nothing comes up, and I am not able to get rid of this popup, if any one know a way to remove this popup, Please help

Basic security on any computer should in my opinion include Ad-Aware and Spybot Search and Destroy as well as a good Anti Virus program.
