Hi,
We have the Exchange 2003 and outlook 2003 in the company. Last year a user left our company and I deleted his user account. Recently a user reported that the deleted user had booked the meeting room in the calendar. I opened the calendar of the meeting room and tried to delete the item that booked by that user. However I got the error message:
"You do not have sufficient permission to respond to this item. "
I have delegated the full Excahnge admin permission to my account. Am I still missing something? Or what should I do to remove that item in the calendar since I am not the organizer?
I searched this forum but didn't find any solution. Thank you for your help in advance.
Richard
