This one is kind of a werid one... I get the following error when a user sends an email to a few people internal, and a few people externally...

You do not have permission to send to this recipent
MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=local/DC=mydomainname:myservername

She can send to other people externally and internally, I tried to send from her account to my hotmail, no problem.

I have read other posts and they mention blacklists, firewalls, antivirus etc. Any other thoughts??

in ADUC chech this user's exchange settings, she might block u, by default. it's accepted from everyone.

I saw this error when I did not have relay set up properly in my environment. I have an SMTP server in my DMZ that forwards incomming mail to my Exchange environment. I did not have relay configured porperly and the effect was senders would receive that error. It usuall indicates a problem with the mail system you are trying to send to. I am not sure why you are getting the error with internal messages.
