Yet another Access/Word mail merge question

I'm lost. All I need to do is put a button in a form that opens a Word doc and populates the contacts name and address information in the Word doc like:

FirstName LastName
Address
City, State Zip

I can get word to open, but that's about it. My questions are:
Can I do this right from the form and if so how? I do have the ContactID (primary key) abailable in the form.

If this is not the correct way, what do you recommend?

You may consider the Bookmarks collection of the Word.Document object.
