When XP SP3 comes out, will we be able to order it on disk like we did with XP SP2 from Microsoft?

running a Toshiba SatA30 laptop with XP and SP3 RC2 installed and no glaring issues so far [that string of words will no doubt act as kiss of death]

Just happened to click-to-view on the normal update window yesterday (it normally doesn't show), and noticed it mentioned SP3 was being installed. However, upon checking the System icon in Control Panel, it still says SP2...

I'd be very surprised to see XP SP3 show up until well after Vista SP1 is well settled in.
