XP SP 1 error code x50 question

Abit NF7 Motherboard, 512 MB DDR, ATI Video Card
SB Live Value!, Generic Winmodem

Summary:
It is Windows XP, SP 1, I know the code x50 has to do with paged memory, and could have something to do with bad hardware, but I am trying to narrow down the problem without having to swap parts out of the machine and wait and see if it reoccurs... the computer restarts when viewing a web page ( - it is an Abit NF7 board).
