Can anyone be of assistance with the following:
I have written a script that uses xcopy to backup my laptop data to an "always-on" pc. I have placed this script in c:\windows\system32\grouppolicy\machine\shutdown and added it as a shutdown script via local Group Policy.
The problem is that the script seems to excute correctly upon shutdown but in fact it does nothing!!
Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
