Are you logging into a domain with it, or logging in locally?

If you are logging into a domain, then your password duration needs to be set in group policy within the domain.

However, if you are logging in locally, then goto Computer Management, select Local Users & Computers, Users, double-click on your user-name & then you can configure your password to never expire. If you wish to set password expiry then you will need to modify the relevant settings under Local Security Policy

You will need to be a member of the local administrators group to do the above.
