XP Pro Network Unattended install

Hi guys, i have created a network boot disk, and created an unattended script, the pc boots fine logs on and copies down the files to the local pc from the server, then it comes up and says this part of the install has completed and the pc must be restarted, fair enough, so take the floppy disk out and restart, then it come up with disk error press any key to restart....

any ideas would be great.

Is there a CD-ROM involved in this install, or are you trying to install Windows XP using Remote Installation Services? If you're trying to use RIS, then there is a very short list of network adapters that you can do this with.
