only poss if each user has separate login - username and password with Ooutlook, i reccomend if u dont want to create a load of files and folders if its just for email then use outlook express 6 or 5.
As jacer said, the best way is with multiple Windows user accounts. But, if not using multiple Windows users, you still have have multiple Outlook users, it will just be less secure. Without knowing which version of Outlook, I can only point you in the right direction:
Control Panel, Mail, Profiles. Create a profile for each user and have Outlook always ask which one when opening.
