Hi,
For a workstation i got a HP 5p scsi scanner, for a fine scanner although it is old.
It is not scanning:
info:
the scsi card: Sybios 20402
I dit:
- installed the symbios scsi drivers: acording device manager is this a proper working device
-installed the w2k drivers
acoording to dev. man. => a proper working device
- started the WIA service ( windows image acquisition)
- did run from control panel the HP scanner test => the scanner is working properly
- did try to test the scsi card. but although it is to dev.man working fine the HP program does NOT find a scsi card.
Anybody does have a clue?
