I would like to change the way XP looks for the domain to
authenticate the WEB user logon. I have several web
folders/pages on a Win2000 machine that need authenication. We are a sub domain and XP looks to our local domain to authenticate users. (domain controller - NT4. Older versions of the desktop OS asked for a domain, currently we
must specify in XP:
domain\userid
password
I would like to just enter the userid. I am getting too
many calls on how to access secure web pages. I know Exchange has this option to authenticate from a
different domain.
Thanks,
Neal
