XP licence verification

After I completed installing XP home Edtion, at the Login Screen, a windows poped out asking for license verification and registration. How can I bypass his screen to login to the desktop? How is it possible to get registered with a dial up connection when I could not be able to go to the desk top?
Please give me a clue.

I use a different version so i may be out in left field here, but isnt there a place that says something like "register later", just click on that. Or maybe you go ahead and try and register via dialup and it fails and then goes on to install. One or the other.
